{Fabulous Giveaway} Adorable Applique Shirt/Tank from Modern Frills

I first "met" Kristina from Modern Frills when she offered to send a birthday shirt for sweet Kate McRae (read here). When I received the shirt, it was beautiful! The snowflake design required very intricate details and she did an amazing job. When she offered to create a new design for my Kate's Fairy Garden birthday party, I jumped at the opportunity!
