{Sweet Customers} Pink Sweet Shoppe Birthday Party!

Mandi from Florida designed this fabulously Pink Pink Pink birthday party for her daughter Ember, who was turning 5, and her daughter Eisley, who was turning 1. Mandi went all out! She used customized versions of our Bubble Gum Party Collection! During her planning, she said in a message to me "I wish you could see my house right now...it seriously looks an explosion of all things pink and glittery! I love it...my husband...not so much! :) He is the best for putting up with my craziness." Well, we are glad he did put up with it, because the end result was AMAZING. And, lucky for us, Mandi's husband is a professional photographer, and he captured every detail!

Mandi did EVERYTHING herself for this party. She made the birthday hats, the birthday candles, the high chair cover and high chair tutu, the girls' shirts, the boxed cake stand, the hand painted tablecloth, the candy shoppe banner, the balloon wreath, the lollipop center pieces, all the giant wrapped candy, and the Happy Birthday sign. I'm exhausted just typing that!!

Mandi...we are speechless! Thank you so much for sharing your very special day with us. We look for many, many more wonderful things from you in the future!!

{Sweet Customers} Milk & Cookies Birthday Party!

I am so excited to share this customer party with you! Angela contacted me about the Milk & Cookies party that she was planning for her daughter, Amelia. This is a theme that I have loved since I saw it first here on A Party Style by Anne Powers. She did a beautiful job and I loved the chocolate brown and white details. My customer wanted to incorporate bright pink, blue and green with the brown and white. I was all in! I designed a full collection for her and she took it from there. Her attention to detail is spectacular and you will all go crazy over the cake! The beautiful details were captured by Lindey of Lindey Magee Photography! Enjoy!

We're hoping to share the details on how to make these fantastic tiered plate stands this week!

I adore the tablecloth that matches the paper goods perfectly!

What's a Milk & Cookies party without milk?

Look at this adorable shirt that Amelia wore, made by Sassy Monkeys!

Thank you so much for sharing this gorgeous party with us, Angela!
You did such a fabulous job! Amelia is an absolute doll!
We can't wait to see your ideas for her next birthday!

{New to the Shop} Mod Glam Valentine's Day Collection - 50% Off SALE!

I have been hinting about this amazing photo shoot for a couple of weeks now! Before Christmas, I was asked to style a photo shoot for the soon-to-debut local magazine, 202. The editor, Sondra Barr and I originally met when she was the editor of Go Gilbert magazine and featured me on the cover in 2009. She also wrote this article about me for The Arizona Republic. {Thank you, Sondra!} Sondra asked for a Valentine's Day inspired shoot. She follows my blog and has seen Laura {Laura Winslow Photography} and I work together and loves our collaborations. Laura got onboard and I am so excited to share the results with you! Although I can't show you everything {since it's not published yet}, I am able to show you my new printable collection since it's about that time to start planning your Valentine's Day parties!

My friend, Jami of The Savvy Socalista was able to hook us up with the amazing shop, Designer Boulevard {Gilbert} and they allowed us to use their store and home decor items for the shoot! {Lucky us!} Designer Boulevard is a gorgeous store full of amazing home decor, clothing and accessories! If you live anywhere in Phoenix, make the trip and visit!

As usual, I enlisted the help of my favorite baker, Melissa from Decadent Delights! She made the perfect glitter heart cupcakes, heart cookies and cake pops!

Inspired by the crepe paper lollipops that Icing Designs has made for me in the past, I whipped up this one to showcase one of our 4" party circle designs! It was a cute prop for the kids to hold, too!

These paper daisies are a new product from Polka Dot Market that Sally shipped just in the nick of time! Aren't they fabulous? The great thing is that unlike poms, they just fold down and you can save them to use again!

This new printable collection is now in the SHOP!
Get it for 50% OFF until 1/21/11
Collection includes:

Invitation Design - Valentine's Day Party

Invitation/Menu Design - Blank
2" Party Circles
2" Favor Tags
3" x 3" Foldover Mini Notecards
4" Party Circles
Fancy Dessert/Food Labels
5" x 5" Banner Letter Panels {spell out whatever you would like!}

{Fabulous Collaboration} Heavenly Holiday Party Photo Shoot!

Jaclyne from Heavenly Blooms and I have been following each others' work for some time. We "met" when she submitted a fabulous Olivia party she styled and I featured here on The TomKat Studio! We had been chatting about collaborating on a photo shoot for a few months, when she sent me a few gorgeous inspiration boards for holiday ideas. After swooning over the gorgeous photos, we decided on a turquoise, white and silver color scheme. I designed paper goods including cupcake toppers, favor tags, dessert labels and signs and shipped them off to Jaclyne. She took it from there and coordinated fabulous Orange County vendors for this gorgeous shoot! When I received these photos from Drew B, the talented photographer...I nearly fell off of my chair. Styled to perfection, this holiday party is full of gorgeous decor and ideas. With so many beautiful photos, it was hard to choose which to feature! Read on for more about the amazing vendors involved!

Jaclyne designed all of the florals, as well as the entire setting along with Gianna from Chic Celebrations. Every detail was attended to, from the dessert table to the lovely tablescape and hot cocoa bar. She even set up a station for gingerbread house decorating for the kids! Melody, the owner of Sweet and Saucy {baker to the stars!} baked up all of the delicious sweets including macarons, coconut cake, mini tarts, cookies and cake pops!

Absolutely gorgeous, right? What a dream to have been asked to design for such an amazing shoot!
Thank you to Jaclyne and all of the vendors involved!

Thank you to Jenn at Hostess with the Mostess for debuting this party right before Christmas! View post here!

Printable Designs will be available in the shop!
