Nicki from Vitalic Photo recently shared this GORGEOUS baby shower she hosted for her photography partner! Nicki was inspired by our blog, as well as Amy Atlas and we are so happy she shared this beautiful event with us! Simple, sweet and perfectly lovely! I love the serene color scheme of blue and orange with a hint of green. The triangle banner frames the dessert table beautifully and is so easy to make! The girls also set up a fun photo booth for the shower! Aren't they so cute!?

{New Collection} Tuscan Sunflower Soiree!

When one of my readers contacted me to design a SUNFLOWER collection for an upcoming bridal shower she is planning, I had to say YES! I adore sunflowers (I even have a little sunflower tattoo on my foot!) and the shower is being held in my hometown in New York! I have come across beautiful sunflower party inspiration and wanted to share more ideas with the customer, so I asked Courtney at Pizzazerie to create an inspiration board! Courtney is an up and coming "party girl" and she has been nothing but sweet to me since she hit the party blogging scene! She tweets to Martha on a regular basis about me..(unsolicited)...how great is that? {Real Parties} Ice Cream Social Baby Shower!

My new friend, Jordan at Polkadot Prints just sent me this adorable ice cream buffet table she created for her sister's baby shower! Jordan is a talented graphic designer residing in Australia. We first connected when she emailed me to tell me about a fabulous party book that she knew I would love. I checked it out and ordered it immediately! It actually arrived today and I can't wait to dive in and share it with you!
Anyway, I'll get on with the show! Enjoy this sweet ice cream party!

I've had 4 customer requests for it in the last week! It's cute, easy and super fun!
My BFF is having an ice cream social this weekend for her daughter's birthday, and I designed a new Ice Cream Cone invitation for it! It's bright colors & super cute!

Where do I start....thank you for making all of you paper crafts for my shower!!!! I LOVED them...it totally made the whole party. Everything was perfect from the decorations you let them borrow to the labels. I still can't believe how fantastic it turned out. This is all because you INSPIRE all of us to get creative. I so appreciate all your generosity, time and creativity you put into creating such an adorble look for Ryder. Also, thank you so much for the "thank you" cards. {Sweet Customers} Adorable Little Birdie Baby Shower for Twin Boys!

This adorable shower was in honor of my childhood best friend, in New York. We reconnected last year via Facebook and now she is a loyal follower of The TomKat Studio! She asked me to create a "Little Birdie" boy twin design for her baby shower invitations and cupcake toppers!
It turns out she is quite creative and crafty herself and she took a ton of inspiration from my blog and used it for her baby shower!
She did an incredible job on all of the birdie details!

Little Birdie Twin Boy Baby Shower! Details from the guest of honor:
Door Prizes: Frames inspired by the extremely talented Kim at The TomKat Studio! Thanks again for doing all that you do! You are truly a creative inspiration! Centerpieces: Idea came from this Project Nursery post - I substituted paint cans with these already decorated cans from Christmas Tree Shop. I used die cut birds on various scrapbook papers from "kotibeth" on etsy. Put them back-to-back on lollipop sticks and had a mama and two babies in each can (secured with florist oasis, and covered in crinkled paper.) We added two blue balloons to each can to make the centerpieces look bigger and add more color underneath the tent.

Coconut Cupcakes: Recipe from The Barefoot Contessa's Cookbook. Combined the recipe with Martha's Nesting Baby Blue-Bird Cupcake design with a cream-cheese frosting. After trying many ideas for making birds that would hold up outside for a couple of hours (firm frosting, blue jordan almonds, Gumdrops), I ended up creating the birds out of vanilla cake pops, inspired by Bakerella! They worked out perfectly & were delicious!

Blue Cupcakes: Also were Coconut cupcakes, but I used a firmer Decorator's Buttercream Frosting recipe from Epicurious for these. Cupcakes were garnished with TomKat Studio's adorable cupcake toppers & sprinkles! Invitations: Custom designed by The TomKat Studio! Totally adorable, and received lots of wonderful feedback on how great they were!

Cupcake Monday: Do You Have THE Cupcake Stand?

Good Monday Morning, my lovelies!

If you've read my blog for any length of time, you've probably read or seen pictures of THE cupcake stand. I orginally purchased it for Kate's Lollipop Party, and have then used it for Tommy's Beach Boy Party, my nephew Jack's Pirate Party & at a home boutique to show off my products! Well, apparently you all like it! I love when my customers share party photos with me. I also love when readers tell me I inspired them and they send me photos of what they've made!
